Welcome to the Tennessee Home Buyers Investors Association.  This is a networking and information based group targeted towards the investing side of real estate. It will be hosted by the founder of Tennessee Home Buyers, LLC, David Powell. The purpose of this association is to bring like minded people together to help grow and develop in the real estate business.  Whether you are an experienced Investor, Landlord, Real Estate Agent, etc.....or just thinking about getting into some aspect of the real estate business we want you here.

He will be speaking on rental properties and long term investments.

 Next meeting will be Tuesday, January 16, 2007.
